Sales Administrator - £18,000


Our brilliant client based in Great Blakenham are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their small team. It is essential the successful candidate has brilliant customer service and administration skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly!


The role will include supporting the sales department in all aspects of customer service, sales and administration to a high standard ensuring that all systems are kept up to date. Our client use Lakeview, Word, Excel and Caterlyst, however previous experience in both Lakeview and Caterlyst isn't required and can be trained!

Responsibilities



  • Controlling equipment deliveries and installation arrangements to ensure all carriers and providers are up to date and informed

  • Taking sales orders including the raising and dispatching of invoices, service records and purchase orders

  • Regularly monitor machine and parts stock to ensure the system is up to date and orders are being processed in line with availability

  • Monitor company expenses

  • Provide excellent customer service to carriers, service partners, other departments, and clients

  • Logging and monitoring service calls to ensure excellent customer service is provided

  • Updating the intranet with relevant information and maintaining the company website

  • Liaise with sales, parts, and technical departments on the progress of service calls

  • Following up on quotes and sales leads



Previous experience



  • Administration/customer service experience with proven excellent customer skills

  • Ability to pick up new systems and drive to learn!

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with phone calls and emails

  • Previous sales administration experience would be desirable

  • Must have a full driving licence due to location



The offer



  • £18,000 with a salary review after 3-month probationary period
