Sales Administrator



Location - Hammersmith / Hybrid WFH opportunities


Salary - £13ph


Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm


Contract Duration - 3 months with potential for extension.



To be supporting the Business Development Managers on daily basis and coordinate multiple functions to deliver one clear commercial strategy. You will own the Salesforce application's back office and your role will be fundamental supporting the team on a change journey.



Role Responsibilities -



Support delivering the strategy


*Understand commercial strategy and priorities for each Sales Cycle.


*Ensure all relevant information is captured within Salesforce application to deliver one clear strategy to Field Teams.


Coordinate Salesforce back office functions


*Own Salesforce back office and understand the implications of all required tasks,


*Ensure all data is loaded and tested in Salesforce on timely manner.


*Have attention to detail and ability to coordinate others to adhere to deadlines


*Continue to learn & investigate features of Salesforce Application and ensure system is used as efficiently as possible.


*Investigate technical issues within Salesforce and raise very clear service tickets for each incident.


*Follow up on raised incidents and understand solutions provided by EMEA Team.


Team Player


*Provide excellent support to Sales Team on daily basis.


*Lead and manage the user training process and be the "go to person" on Salesforce.


*Create clear user guidelines and ensure your role is sustainable.


*Support Customer Care Team on raising orders & provide best in class service for the customers.


*Experience preferably within a consumer driven and fast past environment


*Experience of sales admin role ideally with CRM tools.


*Interest in systems & applications (Salesforce, APO, SAP, Backoffice, Powerpoint, Excel)


*Strong organisation skills and attention to detail


*Ability to work under strict deadlines


*Ability to multitask and work across multiple functions


*Ability to understand commercial strategy & priorities.


*Ability to build strong networks with internal stakeholders


*Strong communication skills,


*Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
