Adecco are currently recruiting for a Temporary Internal Sales Administrator. Initially for up to 6 months, this position could be extended or possibly Permanent for the right Candidate.

The role is for an well established Company based in Middlesbrough.

Main responsibilities;

  • Preparing and submitting timely quotes via email, telephone or hard copy

  • Proactively following up customer enquiries to generate and build profitable orders

  • Developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Tracking, progressing and chasing incoming product orders

  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, including entering sales orders onto our system and maintaining a customer database

  • Playing your part in face-to-face customer visits as required

What skills and experience will you need?

  • Proven customer service experience and ideally a background in Engineering, Distribution/MRO

  • Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail

  • A good standard of personal presentation

  • A full driving licences
