Sales Administrator urgently needed for permanent role in the heart of Montrose.



Working within the oil & gas market you will be responsible for:



  • Process sales orders

  • Allocating material and checking customer requirements to materials

  • Arrange transport with logistics partners

  • Raise material and dispatch paperwork

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Producing reports as required


To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:



  • Proven solid administration experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Confident IT skills including MS Office
