Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator based in a growing business on the outskirts of Bristol on a Permanent Contract.



The ideal candidate would be comfortable working within a busy sales team, setting up and ensuring processes are followed, demonstrate pro-activity and offer an energetic demeanor to all those you come in to contact with.

Duties



  • Processing orders using a CRM system

  • Be the main point of contact for other departments

  • Offer a high level of service to clients

  • Process quoting requests

  • Filing and holding documentation in an organised fashion

  • Assist with updating and maintaining the database


Individual



  • Highly organised

  • Team player

  • Able to use Excel and a CRM system

  • Technically minded

  • Able to pick up systems quickly

  • Work well under pressure



Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
