We're looking for passionate Administrators with experience in supporting the SALES process. You'll be working in the fast-paced automotive industry supporting Sales Executives within the team. The role is based in central Romford.


The ideal candidate is numerate and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as experience using any CRM/ERP system in a current or previous role. Please apply if you take pride in your abilities to multi-task and show good attention to detail especially during busy times.


Some of the duties of the role will be:


* Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries & requirements
* Checking and responding to emails
* Running quotations
* Calculating discounted vehicle prices
* Typing customer orders
* Arranging deliveries with dealers and customers
