On behalf of my well established client based in Northwich I am looking to recruit a Sales Administrator. You will be working as part of a small friendly team, key responsibilities will be:


 To deal with customers calls, emails and order processing.


 To ensure all orders are processed rapidly and accurately to the production site, and ensure that correct information is supplied to accounts for invoicing.


 To maintain up-to-date records of customer orders, and products.


 To liaise with the transport company on late or difficult deliveries.


 To work with current administration systems and processes.


 Working within scheduled timescales.



The succesful candidate will manage the sales order process for a set of specific clients and support the Customer Service team across all customers and liaise with other internal departments.
