Sales Administrator


Based in Oldbury


Temporary to Permanent


£19,000 - £20,000PA


8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday



My client based in Oldbury and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive 'Sales Administrator to join their lively and friendly team!



Key Accountabilities & Objectives



  • Assisting customers with any queries or complaints and handling appropriately

  • Take/process incoming sales orders

  • Provide basic product knowledge to customers

  • Accurately enter data onto the inhouse database and internal system

  • To build warm relationships and provide a quality 360 experience

  • To take an interest and understand their individual requirements

  • To maintain/update the database with accurate information

  • Organising filing and logging enquires

  • Adhoc duties as required

  • Training will be provided


Ideal Candidate



  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential (Sales Admin/Customer Service)

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • A Proactive Individual capable of working on their own initiative

  • Must be accurate, have a keen eye for detail and organised

  • Good knowledge of MSOffice including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
