Sales Administrator Wanted


Based in Oldbury


Temp to Perm


£19,000PA - £20,000PA


Hours 08.30 - 17:00- Monday to Friday



My client based in Oldbury and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their lively and friendly team.



Responsibilities:



  • Assisting customers with any queries or complaints they may have.

  • Process new sales orders.

  • Providing basic product knowledge with an aptitude to learn more.

  • Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system.

  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies.

  • Organising, filing and logging enquiries.

  • Ad hoc duties as required.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience:



  • Experience within a similar Customer Service role is essential.

  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Work and Excel.

  • Clear and accurate communication skills.

  • Must be able to work well under pressure and manage own workload.

  • Must be able to work efficiently both as a team and under your own initiative

  • Organised, good prioritiser

  • Good telephone manner.
