We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based within the Portsmouth area.

The Sales Administrator position requires an individual to be organised and adaptable. Candidates must have strong IT skills, ability to manage own workload, a high level of attention to detail and a good basic standard of education together with a confident telephone manner.

This position requires a candidate to be efficient with:

  • Processing customer enquiries

  • Managing customer orders, delivering client servicing and customer service calls

  • Account management calls

  • Processing customer orders

  • Ensuring customers enquiries, orders and product are progressed professionally through to delivery

  • Managing and prioritising workload in a changing environment

  • Providing input and helping in the development of sales and production administration

  • Contribute to the gross margin and net profitability

  • Assisting with reception duties, dealing with front door enquiries and visitors

  • Electronic databases, customer and administration records.

  • Any other duties as requested by your manager.
