An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a an ambitious manufacturing company in Preston. Our client is driving to become a key player in medical and respiratory device manufacturing.

Currently looking for individuals who share the company values to enhance the team at the Preston factory.

Looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join the sales team and help us achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.


* Process orders via email or phone.

* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.

* Maintain and update sales and customer records.

* Develop monthly sales reports.

* Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

* Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

* Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Skill and Qualifications Essential:

* Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.

* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

* Understanding of sales performance metrics.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

* A team player with high level of dedication.

* Ability to work under strict deadlines.

* Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.

Working Hours: You will be expected to work approximately a 40 hours a week. On occasion it may be necessary to work unsociable hours in order to coordinate with the production and management teams; this flexible working is reciprocated by the company.

Salary of up to £22,000 per annum dependant on experience. * Company Bonus. * Pension provided 3 months after full time employment commences. * 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays. 22 days holiday after 2 years and 25 after 5 years.
