Adecco Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a successful and well established business based in South Bristol. They have a rare and unique opportunity for someone to join them on a part time basis as a Sales Administrator, working around 20 hours per week. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day administration for a busy sales office. You will have autonomy to build relationships with clients ensuring their existing client base receives an exceptional level of service.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own workload, working well under pressure but needs the flexibility of a part time opportunity. You will be joining a warm and friendly team who offer support and guidance.


Responsibilities



  • Sales administration for a busy office

  • Manage the sales inbox

  • Provide quotes for customers

  • Organise shipping and check stock availability

  • Manager all the samples

  • Organise PO's

  • General office administration
