Sales Administrator
Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 + Excellent benefits
We have an exciting career opportunity for a sales administrator to join a specialist supplier company based in Rainham, Essex.
They are looking for someone to work closely with a small team of sales administrators and ensure that incoming enquiries are dealt with correctly, effectively and on time.
Full training on the products and systems they use will be provided, but relevant experience supporting a sales team with processing customer enquiries and orders, building quotes, etc. is required.
Duties of the role:
- Process customer orders live and respond to queries swiftly and efficiently - telephone and email orders and on occasion face to face on the trade counter.
- To provide verbal and email quotes aiming to be competitive but with profit in mind.
- Liaise with Purchasing and Transport regarding deliveries.
