Romford Based client looking for a Sales Administrator Monday to Friday Permanent Full Time

£20,000 to £25,000

The job involves supporting Sales Executives within the team. This includes:

Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries

  • Checking and responding to emails

  • Running quotations on various finance company systems

  • Calculating vehicle prices uses discount structures

  • Submitting proposals on finance company systems

  • Liaising with finance companies

  • Typing customer orders

  • Producing and sending finance company documents

  • Arranging deliveries with dealers and customers

  • Monitoring contract mileages and changing mileages when necessary

  • Assisting customers with their requirements
