We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients who has grown over the last year. They are looking for a Internal Sales Administrator to join their team due to an employee going on maternity leave.


This client has always provided our candidate with a warm environment, support and training. Duties will include:



  • Work with the Marketing department to follow up leads from marketing activity to generate measurable sales

  • Use a customer relationship management system to track lead follow up and activity

  • Manage and develop campaign activity in conjunction with Marketing and field sales teams with direction from the Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Manage and develop the rental activity across the business. Track rentals and returns, conduct market research, develop a wider customer base and grow sales in this field

  • Work with customer service to promote upselling across the business

  • Develop a proactive outward sales department

  • Actively communicate with customers by phone as well as email to generate new business

  • Work with the field sales team on new customers or enquiries to generate sales

  • Write tender bids and liaise with authorities to win new business or secure existing business

  • Support within different departments if the business needs require

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls ensuring that all queries are dealt with within the agreed time frame

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and ensure that they are given the right service.
