The role includes:-



Contacting customers and requesting proof of address and ID


Submitting the proofs to different finance companies for acceptance


Producing finance documents from a variety of different finance companies


Helping customers through the contract signing process and assisting them with how to process online documents


Taking customer calls and helping with queries and complaints



The ideal candidate needs to be;

Able to pick up things quickly and learn how to use different online systems
