  • To be aware of and comply with company policy/regulations relative to the care and protection of the Company's cash, stock, premises, and equipment.

  • To be aware of and comply with all current legislation/company rules, relative to the position, particularly with reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act and associated legislation.

  • To bring to the attention of your Manager any incorrect pricing of goods, hazard, or any other matter relevant to the efficient and smooth operation of the department.

  • To always be observant and pro-active in relation to the customer and company's security needs.

  • To Promote good housekeeping by quick and accurate transactions and adjustments.

  • Respect the confidentiality of any pricing, customer, supplier, or company information.

  • To positively convey our service and services to prospective and existing customers if required.

  • To always behave with utmost professionalism in all areas of your work and interactions

  • To continually challenge yourself by obtaining and using specialist knowledge surrounding the requirements of your role, such as gas training, Customer Service Training or Manufacturer training.

  • To keep abreast of knowledge on products and services offered.

  • To always remain mindful that we are service-led and ensure that the needs of our customers (External and Internal) are the number one priority.

  • To provide guidance and training to other staff on work priorities, tasks and ordering or any other reasonable matter.

  • To undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time to ensure the efficient, flexible, and smooth operation of the trading unit and or Company (Including travel, overnight stays and additional hours as directed by your Manager/Company Manager).

  • To act with innovation, by considering ways to develop yourself and the company. To consider areas for improvement and to bring forward suggestions to management and the whole team.

  • To uphold the company's mission statement by always demonstrating integrity and honesty.

  • To actively work towards your targets as agreed in your review meetings.

  • To comply with all company policies.
