We are recruiting on behalf of our Tewkesbury based client for a Sales Administrator. Working as part of a small and friendly team; you will be required to:

  • Offer sales administration support

  • Deal with customer and Sales Team communications

  • Answer telephone enquiries, Quotations, Order entry

  • Order progressing into warehouse for despatch

  • Mange returns, credits and customer communications

  • Invoicing at end of day, filing, other tasks as the role develops

Full training will be provided, if you have experience of Sage this would be beneficial but not essential The ability to communicate well is important as is the ability to use Excel and Word.
