Exciting Opportunity for an organised, pro-active, experienced administrator to join our clients Sales team based in Tiverton. Our client is a market leading security solutions company. Daily duties will include:



  • Setting up customer accounts on internal systems

  • Liaising with both internal teams, and external customers to make sure we have the correct information to be able to meet customer expectations.

  • Dealing with contract renewals, contract invoicing and the activation of new contracts.

  • Producing monthly and daily invoices

  • Keeping track & producing monthly reports on your desks value


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



  • Demonstrable Administration skills

  • Customer service experience dealing with clients via phone & email

  • You will have experience of working with multiple IT systems (Outlook, Microsoft & CRM's)

  • Excellent attention to detail skills, as you will be responsible for ensuring data is accurately entered

  • Experience of working to targets, both as an individual and as part of a team.
