Sales Administrator based in Dudley


Monday - Friday, 9.00am till 5.00pm (30 minutes lunch break)


£10.77 per hour (£21,000 per annum)


Temporary to permanent contract

My client is looking for someone who is willing to hit the ground running and embrace the busy environment with ease. Key role responsibilities



  • Ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of client service to all internal/external customers.

  • Accurately process a high number of customer orders

  • Chase sales quotations and log against client notes

  • Being on hand to answer customer queries, complaints and/otherwise via phone and email.

  • Produce letters and invoices for customers as required.

  • Carry out administrative tasks relating to the processing of stock control, quotes, customer data, etc.

  • Training/guidance is provided.



Ideal candidate



  • Previous experience within a similar role is ideal but not essential.

  • Direct customer service experience essential.

  • Professional, warm telephone manner and excellent communication skills are a must.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to handle various tasks at one time.

  • Must have a meticulous eye for detail and organisation.

  • Ideally a professional looking to grow within the business.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
