Sales Administrator
Outskirt of Andover
Salary ranging between £23,000 - £24,500 depending on experience
Hours 8:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to provide admin duties for Area Managers and the Sales Team, providing the highest level of administration.

This role will involve:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with admin support

  • Producing detailed daily, weekly, monthly reports on the Sales activity

  • Updating the CRM database with ongoing updates on customers

  • Processing customer returns

  • Administer customer warranty returns, liaising with the suppliers

  • Assisting the customer service team, with incoming calls and processing orders

The successful candidate should have:

  • Sales Administration or Administration experience is essential

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, merging is essential

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook)

  • Accuracy, precision, attention to detail

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Great team player and sense of humour

  • Transport is a must due to location of client
