The Sales Analyst & Operations Manager role reports into the Chief Sales Officer. Primary duties include consolidation of information from various departments and people throughout the business, creating clear and concise reports with business recommendations where appropriate. The production of agreed weekly and monthly report packs is important along with the introduction of new, innovative tools creating a 'joined up' view for review and consideration by the management team.

* £40k - £45k depending on experience

Our sales and marketing teams use Microsoft Dynamics CRM extensively and so a thorough understanding of this is required.

Role Headlines
* Working extensively with our current CRM (Microsoft dynamics) generating reports and data packs and workflows
* Creating weekly and monthly forecast reports and highlighting important trends to the team
* Production of monthly management reports in agreed format
* Production of weekly report packs in agreed format
* Analysis of information and reports, making recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
* Taking lead on projects to automate various manual processes
* Identifying groups of customers / prospects to target for telemarketing, marketing and sales teams to help drive more interest / revenue.
* Attending and playing an active role in monthly sales meetings

Prerequisites and Attributes
* At least 18 months experience in a similar role
* Outstanding excel and presentation (of data) skills
* Significant experience at advanced level with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Exceptionally analytical and keen to identify trends that will help decision making within the commercial team

1) Degree educated preferably with a business / analysis related discipline
2) 3 years in a similar role working for a software or technology vendor which incorporates field sales people, telesales and professional services
3) Accreditation to a high standard on Microsoft products
