Our client is looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to join their service and sales team. This role is focused on delivering the best customer experience in the industry while maximising all sales and service support opportunities via inbound and outbound phone and email activity.



Responsibilities include:


� Provide sales support and fantastic customer service to Area Sales Managers by helping them reach annual sales targets.


� Process a wide variety of calls, identify service problems and initiate appropriate action ensuring first time resolution.


� Maximising upsell opportunities on inbound customer service phone calls.


� Utilise internal systems to record, track and manage all customer interactions.


� Maintain and enhance customer relationships by building trust and resolving issues promptly and completely.


� Develop full knowledge of the company's infrastructure as it relates to shipping and order processing.


� Dealing with internal customers in other Departments (Credit, Shipping, etc).




Education,Training,Professional Certification and Work Experience


. Fluent Spanish and English speaker


� University degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field preferred


� Proven track record of success working in a similar role where both customer service and sales is key


� Successful experience in "team" service setting is mandatory



Knowledge and Skills Requirements


� Ability to work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organisation


� Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and listening skills


� Computer system literacy should include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and OMS.


� Unparalleled organisation skills with the ability to conduct several, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail.
