Our client, an established and highly successful flooring company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team based in Solihull. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the company's CRM systems, social media and other marketing materials. Your purpose will be to drive customer acquisition and product sales through various sales and marketing channels including; content management, SEO, email marketing and social media.

Responsibilities to include:



  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to answer customer queries

  • Providing detailed quotations and estimates to customers

  • Managing company CRM and creating sales campaigns

  • Copy/content writing to support sales campaigns

  • Assist in managing and increasing conversion rates

  • Manage sales pipelines - lost opportunities and lapsed clients

  • Plan online strategy, for each relevant audience and marketing channel (email, apps, website, Facebook, etc.)

  • Competitor research to support business development

  • Use customer insight to monitor visitor engagement and change content in line with customer requirements

  • Work to achieve all core company goals

  • You will proactively review services to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards are being met



Skills and experience required:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Manage campaigns - SEO, PPC, Social media

  • Add value to existing campaigns and develop new strategies for growth

  • Create new content in line with the brand strategy

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Experience social media is desirable

  • Marketing related degree required

  • Proactive approach with "start-to-finish" mindset

  • Account management/development to ensure maximisation of commercial opportunities

  • Calling and converting leads into business

  • Generating and growing accounts

  • Experience using Google Ad-words and Google Analytics

  • Engaging and communicating with high-level industry leaders and decision makers

  • Meet and exceed KPI's
