Sales Coordinator

Based in the city centre

£22,000-£25,000 p.a DOE

Full time, Monday- Friday (+1 in 3 Saturday mornings)

Exciting opportunity to join a busy, well establish estate agency based in the City Centre. Our client is looking for an organised, bubbly, confident individual with a real drive to succeed! In this role a successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all office administration & providing a excellent customer service to both potential buyer & sellers. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner

  • Dealing with telephone and internet enquiries and booking appointments in the diary

  • Working in connection with other department to ensure all departments are working cohesively

  • Registering & keeping in contact with potential buyers

  • Update sellers with viewing feedback, liaising with Viewings Co-ordinators and Negotiators.

  • Keep up social media & email engagement

  • General office administration

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative background (experience in property ideal but not essential)

  • Confident communication skills both written & verbal

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
