We are currently looking for a French speaking Sales coordinator for an amazing opportunity with a globally renowned company based in Exeter! The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for the handling of B2B Customer Service enquiries of a dedicated client base. Duties will include:

- Accurately managing order processing

- Managing sales orders and customer enquiries

- Monitor and manage deliveries as well as backorders of dedicated account base

- Manage & maintain successful customer & client relationships

Due to the nature of the role available all applicants must be fluent in French both written & spoken.


  • Bilingual - Excellent command of both written & spoken English & French

  • Demonstrable administration skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent IT skills, experience using SAP/ERP systems preferable but not essential

  • Experience in the B2B environment, desirable but not essential
