Sales Co-ordinator - Spainish Speaking
£23,000 - £25,000 pa + potential bonus
Brierley Hill



Our client is a growing Global business who are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator with a background in sales office to join their team at their UK Head Office.



In this role they will plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned customer accounts or areas



Duties Include but are not limited to:




  • Respond to customers' quote requests and enquiries

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies

  • Prioritise and proactively maximise all sales opportunities from inbound/outbound calls

  • Nurture and grow new accounts in accordance with the organisations ambitious plans for growth

  • Achieve sales targets each month in terms of revenue and margin expectations

  • Participate and contribute positively in customer meetings and visits

  • Source product and obtain pricing from the supply base

  • Enter sales orders and manage customer order books



Skills/Experience Required:




  • Language skills to include fluent English and Spanish

  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of understanding customer needs and developing long term relationships



  • Commercial awareness



  • Must be self-motivated and able to work within the priorities established by the manager in order to achieve company goals

  • Ability to manage multiple project proposals combined with prospecting - short - medium- and long-term pipeline



  • Excellent organisational, planning and reporting skills

  • Confident in making formal presentations to customers and across the Apollo business

  • Positive people skills

  • High level numeracy and literacy

  • Sound negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products - specifically Excel spreadsheets

  • Prior sales experience within the aerospace sector is preferred, but not essential
