Salary: £60,000 (OTE: £120,000)
Location: Near Fenchurch St
Start date: ASAP

A fast growing and successful, luxury serviced office organisation is looking for a Sales Director to join their thriving team based within the City. As head of Sales you will be tasked with working in conjunction with other senior members of the busy board to build long term sustained growth of the business. You will need to understand the capability of the business and create a sales strategy that can match the growth ambitions.


  • Develop and cultivate an organised, motivated business development team

  • Devise, direct and co-ordinate all sales strategies and programmes

  • Accurately forecast sales revenues and manage the functional business pipeline

  • Mentor, motivate and lead a high performing and growing sales/business development team

  • Grow a sales team and nurture consultative sellers to close deals at the highest ratio possible

  • Leading a team with a consultative sales approach

  • Identify clients' needs whilst demonstrating an excellent level of service

  • Creating processes and rolling out to the entire team for adaption

  • Keeping an upbeat and positive morale throughout the team at all times

  • Personally, identify and convert new commercially viable opportunities

  • Design, build and execute an effective pipeline to drive new business

  • Provide a collaborative approach to winning new business

Skillset required for the role:

  • A proven track record of successfully increasing market share and probability in a previous role

  • Experience in managing a sales team in a previous role

  • A proactive sales leader, that will be able to develop and implement a sales strategy

  • Previous experience in building, developing and leading a team is mandatory

  • Outstanding communication acumen, with an entrepreneurial flair

  • The ability to build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team

  • Driven, determined and ambitious
