What will I be doing?

Within this role, you will be proactively following up on leads by contacting Clients via telephone, email and through webinars. This is a very consultative role, you will be making a number of outbound calls however once you are through to the decision maker your conversation is very in depth.

You will specialise in 3 main areas of the business which will allow you to become an expert in the industry. Webinars will take place which will be hosted by yourself in order to demonstrate your products and services visually.

  • Outbound calls to Clients (B2B)

  • Follow up on leads and enquiries

  • Book appointments to host webinars with your Clients

  • Understand your Clients needs and relate your products to match their requirements

  • Specialise in 3 key areas on the business

  • Keep track of your call information to refer to during future calls

  • Answer questions about your products and offer advice/support to your client

  • Close sales via phone

The ideal Candidate:

In order to excel in this role, you must be highly motivated and hungry to exceed. You will be making a number of outbound calls, therefore a confident telephone manor is essential. This role is very consultative therefore you must be able to think on your feet and provide an exceptional service to your clients.

  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

In return for the above, you will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with the luxury of working no weekends, evenings or bank holidays!

Your salary for this position will be £22,000 plus commission bringing you to an OTE of £32,000+ - remember this is uncapped so the ability to exceed this is there.
