We are representing a well established business within Leeds who are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive.

As an integral part of the sales team, the role of Sales Consultant is the ambassador to prospective and existing customers. The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving new sales, meeting/exceeding set targets, maximising revenues wherever possible and positively contributing to the company's plans for growth.


  • Responsible for all on-site customer service, from first contact to processing the sale

  • Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration activities to achieve reservation, exchange of contracts and legal completions in line with targets.

  • Assisting with and recording customer colour choices and optional extras.

  • Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each sale, updating customers on a weekly basis and returning weekly sale progress reports to Head Office.

  • Attending weekly sales meetings at the Leeds Head Office

  • Working with the marketing team to promote the development; to generate footfall and maximise sales leads. Checking development information on websites and reporting any changes required. Actively pursuing any enquiries and leads to achieve sale reservation.

  • Ensure sales are ready for handover to the customer. Carry out demonstrations and run through hand over pack and defects procedure with the customer. Managing defects reported by customers for the period immediately after handover.

  • Carrying out monthly marketing research with other providers of new homes in the area. Assist in the production of key status reports and sales and marketing KPIs.

  • Liaising with the sales team in respect of customer after care and defects reporting/ issues.


  • Basic salary of £22,000 with OTE £45,000

  • 12 month contracts - working Thursday to Monday
