Full time -40hrs per week


Long term temporary



Role of Department:




  • To post Cash payments received from the Sales Branches

  • Post Card Payments made by Customers

  • Post Recommendations

  • Look at outstanding Balances

  • Check Survey Fees and Deposits are paid

  • Arrange refunds to Customers by card or cheque

  • Send statements/invoices to Customers




Key Result Areas / Responsibilities:




  • Post Cash payments banked by Sales Branches

  • Look at card payments and check if any balances

  • To be responsible for the accurate and efficient up keep of both manual and computerised files and information.

  • Assist with outstanding Survey Fees and Deposits

  • Support the wider Accounts team

  • To undertake any other reasonable request at the direction of the Manager.
