Salary: £40,000k - £50,000k

They have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team and help develop the UK market.
They are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual, someone who looks for solutions and can motivate the their team to deliver results.

Duties include

  • Managing organisation sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales goals.

  • implement the UK sales strategy which is an "ACTION" based strategy

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and independent agents

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.

  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

  • Promoting the organisation and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Account Manage existing clients, expanding the business and developing your own new sales

Team - You will manage office staff, warehouse staff as well as independent reps that are based around the country
You will report in the Sales Director who is based at the head office.
