Based at our offices in Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, we now have a vacancy in the sales office team.

This is an exciting opportunity and you will be involved in many aspects of assisting the sales process to national retailers.

The applicants will need to be hard working, able to use their own initiative, a 'hands on' 'can do' attitude will be most appropriate.

Expectations of the role:

  • Process customer orders from all sources on to the SOP system

  • Process entries within the EDI system

  • Process invoices within the SOP & Sales ledger System

  • Attend the telephone switch-board

  • Process out-going company mail

  • Produce carrier labels using internet based systems

  • To liaise with internal & external sales staff

  • Assist & cover other Sales department members as & when required

  • Product costings / margin calculations via Excel

  • Online product information management

  • Sales data analysis and trend forecasting

  • AOI Set-up & Statistics Reports

  • Assistance in maintaining the product information database

Key requirements:

  • Hardworking and creative

  • Able to work as part of a small sales team

  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills - especially Excel.

  • Good levels of maths and english grammar

  • Demonstrable background experience in much of the expectations above.
