Our client is based on the outskirts of Worcester they are looking for an Sales office administrator to join their busy team.

Description:



Based in Blackpole Worcester



: Processing sales orders checking data accuracy


: Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the Logistics to confirm timely deliveries


: Dealing with sales enquiries via email/telephone


: Ability to work under strict deadlines


: Good attention to detail


: Experience of Microsoft packages Word, outlook , Excel


: Liaising with head office in Italy


: Dealing with social media Twitter etc


: General office duties




Personal Requirements


: Excellent communication and customer service skills


: A team player with high level of dedication


: Able to work within a small team and taken additional duties when required (holiday cover )


: SAP experience preferred but not necessary



Salary: £17.117.50



Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with an hour for lunch - early finish of 16:30 on a Friday
