Full time, Permanent Position
Up to £24k
Hours: Mon - Thurs 08.00 - 17.00, Fri 08.00 - 13.00

I am excited to be assisting my client with a sales administration role in the centre of Worthing. The Company is committed to providing a high-quality service to customers.

The Sales Office is a key point of communication with customers and the role of the Sales Administrator is to take responsibility for an allocated group of customers, thereby enhancing the levels of service to those customers.

If successful in the role you will be given a designed group of customers so you can establish an excellent working relationship to assist sales development and completing all administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • A designated group of customers assisting with their sales orders

  • Processing of customers orders with data entry and contract review

  • Monitoring the status of customer orders and notifying them of changes

  • Assisting in maintaining an accurate CRM Package

  • Follow up of customer quotations sent to maximise order conversion

  • Provide support for the external sales team with new and ongoing projects.

To be successful in the role of Sales Office Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Two or more year's experience in a similar role

  • A positive individual with a 'can do' results driven approach and attitude

  • Experience of working with an ERP/MRP system within a manufacturing environment.
