Sales & Operations Admin Support - Outskirts of Colchester


A family-owned company on the outskirts of Colchester are looking to add to their Sales & Operations team.


The right candidate must be computer literate & have previous experience using MS Office.


Immediate start available for the successful candidate.


Responsibilities:



  • Processing customer orders using an in-house system

  • Raising credit notes & invoices

  • Processing data & data entry

  • Working in conjunction with & liaising with other departments

  • Arranging travel for other team members & customers

  • Checking packing notes against sales order confirmations

  • Telephone communication with freight forwarders

  • Obtain quotes from carriers for specific shipment costings


Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hour week)
