JOB SUMMARY



� You will own orderbook entry and facilitate order book health, analysis, and full data maintenance, exchanging ideas intensively with colleagues in Sales, Sales Planning & Customer Service


� With Excel-based evaluations, you will Support the EMEA Sales team with critical insights


� With strong communication and team working skills, you will develop and maintain strong partnership with your sales colleagues, supporting the largest business priorities and opportunities


� You will build reports and dashboards to track performance and create a single source of truth


� You will provide internal sales support service to various internal team which includes key account content management, sample co-ordination/logistic, category/assortment files


� Meet and greet clients in the show room


� Other various ad-hoc admin duties



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



� Internal customer service


� Order book entry, accuracy and maintenance


� Key account content facilitation, data management, customer portal alignment


� Sample co-ordination and logistics


� Seasonal and promotional stock list proposal and reviews


� Sell out data collation, analysis, insights and report creation. Dashboard creation that drives awareness, action and improvement


� Database cleansing ensuring this is kept up-to-date and refreshed at all times.


� General office support duties for Head Office














WORK EXPERIENCE/EXAMPLE



� Experience in a support function, with a strong understanding of commercial KPI's


� Experience in authoring, interpreting, reviewing reports


� Exceptional customer service

Advanced Excel Skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in the creation, interpretation and delivery of reports in Excel



Organizational and Planning Skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and build structured, but flexible plans.



Analytical Thinking and Insights Focused - Strong analytical mindset, good numerical comprehension, and data insights experience.
