A fantastic opportunity to join a well respected company based in Newbury. Our client is seeking someone to join their team as an Order Processing Co-Coordinator. This is an on-going temporary position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent employee.
Working 40 hours a week, 9am-5pm and offering hybrid working with a mixture of office and home based work.
Data Processing
Precise processing of orders in database
Processing of GPS and analysing data
Use of Microsoft queries in Excel for reporting
Organise, prioritise and monitor incoming requests
Processing and checking of sales orders
Maintain customer database and company CRM system
Administration
Organise, prioritise and monitor incoming requests
Identify and communicate requirements and issues to the Customer Fulfilment Manager
Communication
Liaise with customers, internal teams and contractors
Monitor and resolve customer and sales team queries in a timely manner via telephone and email

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of UK agriculture would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to communicate at every level with a strong customer focus
Excellent IT skills including Windows, Microsoft Excel and Outlook and experience with GIS software
Proven ability to demonstrate an agile approach to problem solving
Ability to work on own initiative, making decisions, managing own workload and time
Ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
