Our client is a successful family owned business who really value their employees. They are looking for a Sales Order Co-ordinator to join their team, working within an open plan office.


This role is a key position within a busy office and will at times entail working in a sometimes pressured environment. Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you have a background in graphics.



Duties are varied and will include:


* Processing orders


* Producing sales quotations


* Working to tight schedules


* Communicating effectively with customers, confidently dealing with any queries


* Updating and producing information on a variety of IT systems, including Adobe Suite, Illustrator and Mac


* Liaising across departments, working closely as part of a team



You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to remain focused within a busy office. You must have a confident telephone manner and be able to communicate with people at all levels. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team, proactive and have excellent all around IT skills.
