Job Title: Sales Order Processor (Permanent Position)

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Salary: £22,000 per annum + Bonus + Holidays +Parking

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm - 37.5 hours per week


  • Generating Sales and Purchases Orders within SAP/CRM system

  • Sending Order Confirmations to confirm lead times to customers

  • Handling stock queries

  • Providing customers with order updates

  • Process orders from pick/pack manager

  • Provide the Sales team with stock, shipping, and lead time queries

  • Book stock into the system

  • Process returns on SAP/CRM


  • Previous SAP experience is desirable not essential

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to build strong and positive relationships with both Customers and internal staff
