Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Your strong interest in sales and the digital economy, entrepreneurial drive and expert product knowledge will help advertisers to expand their businesses with the latest advertising products and solutions. You listen to your customer's needs, understand the details of individual campaigns and explore and uncover business opportunities for your customers;


* Deliver against assigned targets, while prioritising customer base, delivering outstanding results and reaching for ambitious performance goals.
* Strategically reaching out to potential medium to large advertisers.
* Working with a wide variety of businesses, understanding and effectively questioning each business's marketing needs.
* Working as a team with your Account Executives to build business strategy for the market and develop marketing solutions to potential clients.
* Effectively managing your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
* Spotting the best opportunities by consistently learning and developing your market and customer relationships so that you recognise the high potential clients amongst them.

Requirements

* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 1+ years experience in Sales / Consultative selling / cold-calling.
* Working to specific targets/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Excellent oral, written and verbal and telephone communication skills in English + market language specified.
* General IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer-based job.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
