We currently have an opportunity for a results-driven Sales Representative to join a friendly and successful property management company, based in East London. You will be primarily responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers. The company are rapidly growing, so this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and truly add value.

* Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Continuously improve through feedback

The most suitable candidate will have strong negotiation skills and have the ability to build rapport with all walks of life.
They will be highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales.
