Our prestigious Tewkesbury based client has enlisted our service to help them find their next golden gem of a candidate on a 14 month fixed term contract........Could this be you?!

We are looking for a talented Administrator with strong financial acumen to support the Sales department with administrative duties.

You will have lots of numerical responsibility which will include the the issue of high value invoices, outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with customers internally and externally and at all levels. This will also include record keeping, typing correspondence, taking minutes and diary management.

A high level of attention to detail is also required as you will also check and issue contracts and prepare documentation amongst other many administrative duties.

Knowledge of the Construction/Legal/Conveyancing and Banking Industry would be beneficial as there are many similar aspects to this setting but isn't a necessity if you fit the bill in other ways!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and excellent benefits, 33 days holidays (including bank holidays) On site parking and finally.... the opportunity to work for a leading employer!
