Job Description
As an Sales Support Administrator, you'll bring your first class administrative and customer services skills to the business and play a key role in the day-to-day operations, being a part of an integral support team and securing value for our business. 

A typical week could see you Accurately prepare customer data, price and lock in offers in a timely manner to both retain and grow our customer base. Manage a variety of pre-live tasks to ensure our customers have a fantastic experience of joining or renewing their business with us. Also within this role you will Communicate with external and internal customers/TPI's in a professional manner. Handle all customer data compliantly to meet data protection requirements. Complete all tasks in line with our SLAs to ensure our customers/TPI's receive excellent levels of service and. Efficiently complete all tasks to optimise the cost to serve our customers.

If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy untangling, investigating & solving queries then you'll fit right in!

We're looking for someone who can work under pressure whilst making logical and consistent decisions, is happy working to clear targets and deadlines, and has good MS Office skills. Experience working with data entry and reconciliation would be advantageous  

Skills & Experience

Excellent computer skills with previous data entry experience preferred
Experience of working in a fast-paced changing environment.
Experience of working towards targets as part of a team.
Minimum GCSE grade of C or above for Maths and English.
