Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a large, well established business located in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly yet professional company which additionally, enables you to grow and develop new skills.



Furthermore, working as a part of their Contact Centre team, our client requires an individual with experience in providing outstanding levels of customer service/ Administrative skills and great attention to detail, who can also, proactively grow awareness of a wide range of the company's products and service.



Key Responsibilities:


*Providing dedicate administration to Key Account Customers.


*Actioning customers' requirements in an efficient and timely manner and dealing with any order and account queries.


*Answering inbound sales calls and following up with warm leads to bring on any new business.


*Liaising with other departments to ensure all queries are running smoothly for your Key Account Customers.
