We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the job and have a good personality, sales experience is not necessary as training will be provided but it is essential for the candidate to fit with the team. The environment is very energetic and fast paced, ideally for someone who thrive in busy place and want to develop their skills further. The role is an opportunity for someone with 1-2 years Administration experience, graduate who would be loyal and passionate about the possibility to self develop.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team by bridging the gaps between client sales databases. You will be at the forefront of troubleshooting day-to-day support requests such as discount approvals, promotion reviews, and partner reviews, as well as longer term projects to improve back-end system efficiency's in integrating database. This role is perfect for someone early on in their careers who wants a vibrant work environment with high impact and immediate results.

Full time position - 40 hours Monday to Friday. Duration - 1 year contract (renewed after 6 months).


  • Routing live deals to the appropriate account owner to optimise daily sales operations

  • Conducting conflict checks for incentive programs

  • Matching existing customer and re-seller database

  • Working cross-functionally with multiple teams to solve escalations

  • Solving sales representative's questions regarding sales systems and processes

  • Conducting internal and outside research

  • Ensuring that company policies are being met in sales transactions

  • Use company commerce tool and Salesforce


  • Experience working in Sales, Telecoms, IT Sales

  • Ability to work in a high energy and high deal volume environment

  • Attention to detail is an absolute must

  • Strong organisational skills coupled with multi-tasking ability

  • Must be comfortable working with deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to be a team player

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel preferred

  • Previous experience in sales support or data entry preferred

  • College degree preferred
