Sales Support Administrator - £18,000 - £22,000 - Permanent

Our client, a well established global supplier, are seeking support within their growing sales function. This will be a very busy role where the ideal candidate will put a customers needs at the forefront of the business, you must have a proactive nature and a willingness to provide a truly excellent customer experience.


  • To provide administrative support to the sales team ensuring continued growth and profitability for the company.

  • Manage the client aftercare service from point of sale. This involves service calls and occasional client meetings to understand client satisfaction, essential for retaining and growing the business partnership.

  • Processing sales paperwork and management for the CRM system.

  • Manage inbound email/call quotations.

  • Co-ordinate the shipping of product to clients globally.


  • A people person with the gift to build long-standing relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

  • Possess an inquisitive mind and have a passion for learning.

  • Proactive / Can Do attitude willing to go the extra mind.
