An excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator has arisen with an exciting, creative organisation based in Sheffield due to further expansion of the company.


The successful candidate will have previous experience of processing customer orders and will possess exceptional customer service skills.


Joining a fun team and working in a fast paced, team focussed environment, key duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Responding in a timely manner via email and telephone to customers wishing to place an order

  • Accurately processing customer orders

  • Organising dispatch of orders, ensuring this runs smoothly

  • Responding to and dealing with customer product queries

  • Following up on quotations sent to customers

  • Utilising a variety of systems including MS Excel
