Temporary ongoing - 4 weeks minimum

£18,000 (pro rata) + parking plus lovely offices!


Adecco Worcester are looking for a Temporary Sales Support Coordinator to join our client in Stourport-on-Severn on a Temporary basis. This opportunity is intended to last 4 weeks in duration, but has the possibility to continue for longer dependant on customer demand. Immediate start available!


Duties:



  • Providing administrative and sales support to designated Account Manager, who operates on a field sales basis. This support will be in the form of diary management and appointment booking or assisting with their meeting preparation etc.

  • Processing collection requests and general enquiries from key customers.

  • Managing emails on behalf of the National Accounts inbox.

  • Monitoring company service delivery, ensuring this meets company SLAs.

  • Data management to include compiling monthly management information and pulling excel reports detailing key order information.

  • Being the first point of contact for customers; calling them to advise collection dates.


Key Requirements:



  • Previous administrative experience is essential for this role.

  • The successful candidate must be comfortable using Excel to extract data. If the assignment continues into the long term, they would like someone who is willing to be trained in Pivot Tables and V-lookups.

  • Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment: this will really suit a person who loves to be busy and thrives off pressure.

  • Bubbly and bright, switched on and assertive: you'll not be a shrinking violet, and you'll be happy to get stuck in speaking with customers and established Account Managers.

  • This role is available because of staff shortages: therefore, our client is looking for someone who can commit to the minimum 4 weeks of the assignment.
