Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Hungerford. Our client is looking for a Sales Support to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £22,000 - £28,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Providing service through every step of the client journey.

  • Oversee and implement the improvement of the sales support systems, booking processes and client documentation.

  • Assist with quotations and suggested itinerary production by the sales team.

  • Preparing and sending out confirmation packs, setting up client files and diarising tasks.

  • Monitoring outstanding payments on client's accounts, taking credit card payments as requested and sending client's reminder for payments.

  • Answering the telephone, forwarding enquiries to appropriate department and taking messages when required.

  • Providing suppliers with client information from booking forms and other necessary information

  • Responsible for keeping client's details on CRM database up to date and forwarding relevant information to those concerned.

  • Reconfirming itineraries with suppliers prior to final documents.

  • Preparing and sending out final documents to clients.

  • Assisting with internal and external post, signing for courier deliveries as required.

  • Ad hoc facilities duties as required e.g first aid, health and safety.

  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers.

Candidates will ideally have/be:

  • Previous customer service and management experience.

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

  • Attention to detail is absolutely essential to this role

  • Proactive individual looking to exceed expectations. A forward thinking, dynamic, customer focused team player who will take ownership and strive to improve on the customer journey.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in addition to outstanding organisational skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
